Fix verbs.cpp

Rewrite of symbol creation code. Partial fix for 1201325. Symbols cannot have 'tranform' attribute. The old code copied the group 'transform' attribute to the symbol. The new code creates an intermediate group with the required 'transform' if it is not a simple translation. A simple translation is removed and applied instead to the new <use> element. Multiple objects can now be turned into a symbol without first grouping the objects. (At the cost that multiple groups can no longer be turned into multiple symbols at one go.) This better matches marker and pattern creation.

Changed dbus interface to treat 'division' like other boolops, with a new return type for selection_combine to support this (array of string). Adding NewFromTemplate to the Inkscape menu

Other changes are all consequences of the SPDesktop, Selection and LayerModel interface changes.

Refactor SPItem bounding box methods: remove NRRect usage and make code using them more obvious. Fix filter region computation.

Remove the icon-names.h thing, which was a mistake. The file now contains a no-op macro which is used to mark icon names. This way we can still generate a list of icon names we use using a simple grep, but don't trigger unnecessary rebuilds when a new icon names is added.

Super duper mega (fun!) commit: replaced encoding=utf-8 with fileencoding=utf-8 in all 1074 Vim modelines. The reason for this is that (a) setting the encoding isn't nice, and (b) Vim 7.3 (with modeline enabled) disallows it and pops up an error whenever you open any file with it ("invalid modeline"). Also corrected five deviant modestrings: * src/ui/widget/dock.cpp and src/ui/widget/dock.h: missing colon at the end * src/ui/dialog/tile.cpp: removed gratuitous second colon at the end * src/helper/units-test.h: removed gratuitous space before a colon * share/extensions/export_gimp_palette.py: missing textwidth=99 That's my geekiest commit yet.

revert 19261 partly, to fix toolbar icon loading on windows. disabled themed loading of that icon, but the 2 related icons next to it are not themed either. the themed icon does work on windows for the edit menu, so the problem lies in the differences between toolbar and menu icon loading i suppose.

Changed term away from "embed" since that has specific meaning.
