share/tutorials/tutorial-basic.fr.svg: zoom entry field has moved from left to right. Correcting fr version of tutorial.
Regenerated all tutorials from inkscape-doc primarily to add new tutorials translated into Polish, but also those where some translations existed. Hopefuly not messed around too much.
Fix LP #258604 (incorrect direction in tutorial-basic.svg); also fix this in a couple of other languages
