(re-)add the obsolete module docs. This commit is a base for some discussion and better work on the documents, feel free to add or change the files I stuck with mod_access for now, since there's no decision about yet.

Update the docs to fully reflect the aaa changes by linking in the new modules and removing the deleted ones; renaming mod_auth_anon->mod_authn_anon, and mod_access->mod_authz_host. All docs to the old modules are now deleted. Translations were kept with their old modules. (Can't read Japanese.)

Convert the sitemap to XML. (Well, I cheated a little -- I just shoved the whole thing in <summary>.) Also add entries for the .htaccess tutorial, public_html tutorial, mod_auth_ldap, and mod_ldap.
