Module group support, each group can specify the base path and combo spec for the modules in the group. YUI will automically attempt to fetch new dependencies after modules have been dynamically loaded. Gallery items can be requested without supporting metadata and without 'using' the gallery item's dependencies.

Loader detects new dependencies introduced by loaded modules and will go get them before trying to attach the original dependencies to the YUI instance.

YUI no longer forces itself into the global scope.

Fixed build for lang rollups. Currently adding en, en-US, fr-FR and ko-KR for integration testing. Need to figure out if we want all bundles committed to the yui3 repo, or stored elsewhere. In the case of datatype, lang build results in 500+ lang files with rollups and min versions

Removed intl submodules. lookupBestLang moved to a yui submodule (still sits on Y.Intl.lookupBestLang), so there was no need for intl-load

Broke Intl into intl-load submodule (so loader can start with a lighter footprint) and intl-lang submodule (for regular lang bundle caching support). Added manual test file (need to convert to unit test). General code/api doc dusting off.
