intltool-extract</command>, and <command>intltool-unicodify</command> utilities

identify localizable content in application source code, and extract this

content into translatable <filename>.po</filename> message catalog files.

<para><command>&cmd;</command> updates the message catalog files with the

translatable content from the application source code.</para>
