<para><command>&cmd;</command> provides a graphical user interface to record
and play sound files on your computer. You can use the Preferences
dialog to configure recording options. For more details, press the
F1 key to display the online help.</para>
<para>You can also launch an audio mixer using the File menu. The mixer used
in GNOME for the Solaris operating environment is
