It is a variant of the <command>gettextize</command> that ships with
<citerefentry><refentrytitle>gettext</refentrytitle>
<manvolnum>1</manvolnum></citerefentry>.

<command>&cmd;</command> differs from gettextize in that it does not create an
<filename>intl</filename> subdirectory and does not modify
behave like this when called with the <option>-no-changelog</option> option.
