Adding setProperty and getPropertyPriority tests. Not tested on IE yet, but otherwise, looks like a winner.

Added style property set, triggering cssText update in Opera just to make them fail all tests. Nothing personal, except maybe a little.

Adding a few tests for !important. And a new plain JS test suite initially containing only !important tests. The latter will be useful to test new browser versions for regressions or bug fixes.
