Update incorrect test assertion. This was probably a bug in the previous Recordset code that was masked by an assertion of the misbehavior. Either that or I messed something up.

Normalize YUI config for tests. filter from url. Use the query string filter={raw|debug} to override min default filter applied to YUI config.
