Allow adding models created in another YUI sandbox or window. [Fixes #2531543]

Missed a few changes for Y.View.NodeMap.

Unit tests for Y.App, tons of 'em! These passed the tests in all the browsers I have, expect Amazon Silk on the Kindle Fire when in Desktop mode; that will be fixed with a UA entry update.

Split App Framework test suites into seperate modules.

New Test Console widget. This is an attractive pre-packaged console widget for displaying YUI Test output. Just drop it into a page, render it, and run your tests.

The container attribute now treats string values as selectors.

Rename Controller to Router. Y.Controller is now an alias for Y.Router (ditto the controller module), but this alias will be removed in a future version of YUI.

Add unit tests for Model events.

Add some unit tests for Y.Model.
