portfwd.c: G/c: 1. same order of assignments before WSAStringToAddressA in "source" and "destination" parts. 2. Drops check of socket address family check after WSAStringToAddressA. 3. Drops half-comment-link to remark to WSAEINVAL error code of WSAStringToAddressA.

portfwd.c: typo: portfwd_rule_add_del(, SOCKET -> int) parameter used in term of bool to add (2) isn't 0 and to delete otherwise, not as file descriptor.

portfwd.c: G/c materializing WSAGetLastError(), for debugging needs.

VBoxNetNAT/Win: removes inet_pton's Vista limitation, instead WSAStringToAddressA (minimum supported version is Win2k) is used. (tested for IPv4, in documentation (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms742214%28v=vs.85%29.aspx) hasn't mentioned any IPv6 limitations)

Change vestigial names proxytest.* to proxy.*

NetworkServices: Whitespace (including tabs!) and svn:keywords cleanups by scm.

Move proxy sources from Devices/Network/lwip-new/vbox to NetworkServices/NAT where they belong.
