Obey hound In order to make the style consistent throughout each touched code file, I also changed some lines that hound would complain about that were not changed in this feature-branch.

ensure non-exec of symbol callback in link When in a symbol-mapping link (DGLink which contains a map element) we should not execute the callback for a symbol, as this will create the symbol as part of the current ontology. And this not really what we want. Oh by the way: The spec is green.

only execute callback on axiom when appropriate Where appropriate means whether the axiom was defined inside of an <Axioms> or <ImpAxioms> element inside DGXML. Every other case results in the callback not being executed.

add import support for imported sentences This includes a new hets switch and the parse/import of element <ImpAxioms>.
