- revert: systemd: trigger - run after udev.service (for now)

after systemd has a new release we can depend on

- delete mobile-action-modeswitch

(moved to usb_modeswitch)

- /run/udev/control socket

(add ConditionVirtualization=!pidns)

- rules_generator:

- no longer rename netif in kernel namespace

- do not create rules on-the-fly, require explicit

configuration

- drop persistent optical names

- kill tabs?

- remove deprecated trigger --type=failed logic

- remove deprecated BUS=, SYSFS{}=, ID= keys
