libgamin-1 - library interfaces to detect when a file or a directory has been modified

libgamin-1 is compatible with FAM 2.6.8 and allows to detect when a file or a directory has been modified.

Developers want to monitor the changes of a file may use the interfaces exported by FAM project http://oss.sgi.com/projects/fam and link the application to libgamin-1.
