command> copies a TIFF Class
10139N/AF facsimile file to the output file and, for each image, an 8-bit grayscale
10139N/Athumbnail sketch. The output file contains the thumbnail image with the associated
10139N/Afull-resolution page linked below with the SubIFD tag.</

para>By default, thumbnail images are 216 pixels wide by 274 pixels high.
10139N/APixels are calculated by sampling and filtering the input image with each
10139N/Apixel value passed through a contrast curve.</
