para>Dia is a general purpose diagram editor. Dia has a number of basic tools,
15317N/Alike lines and boxes but can also dynamically load

replaceable>. A sheet is a
15317N/Acollection of tools that are used in a certain type of diagram. Dia is easily
15317N/Aextensible through the use of user defined sheets.</

15317N/AHandles are small boxes on an object which allow the object to be resized, or
15317N/Aconnected to. Lines can be connected to each other and other objects with these
