0N/AThe organize command enables you to change the presentation of objects
0N/Ain a file folder. This pertains to an individual file or file folder.
0N/AOn the "Office Functions" frame, you can specify a presentation style
0N/Afor all your files and file folders. If you use the organize command
0N/Ato organize a file folder, then globally define folder presentation
0N/Athrough "Office Functions", the presentation specified with organize
0N/Awill take precedence.
0N/AUse one of the methods below to use organize. The currently active
0N/Aframe number is assumed if the frame number is not specified with the
0N/A Command Menu: Select organize and press ENTER
0N/A Command Menu: Press CTRL-j with cursor on organize and an -->
0N/A (alternative) will appear on the command line followed by the
0N/A organize. Type arguments and press ENTER to
0N/A execute the command.
0N/A Command Line: Type organize [frame #] and press ENTER.
0N/A 1. Fill in the "Organize <login name>" form by entering your
0N/A preferences, then press SAVE.
0N/A 2. If the folder you are reorganizing is displayed on the screen,
0N/A you will see the changes immediately.
