Press CHOICES to toggle between Yes and No or simply type "Yes" or

"No" to specify if the other members of your group will be permitted

to view the file.

If this object is a file folder, you also need run/search permission

to view its contents, and the contents of the items listed in the

file folder.

It may be a good idea to check with the person responsible for your

system about group permissions and group members.
