2N/A - mod_include: the "INCLUDES_MAGIC_TYPE" x-server-parsed-html
2N/A appears to have been removed from mod_include, but it is still
2N/A present in mod_negotiation, mod_autoindex, and
httpd.h. 2N/A Should it be removed from the docs for mod_include?
2N/A - mod_status: updates for 2.0

2N/A - Some of the man pages need to be updated for 2.0. At least
2N/A the httpd man page appears to be outdated, and perhaps other.
