Roles Sample : Roles and Multi-account Linking

This sample builds on the previous roles samples. So you should become familiar

with the _crudops_ and _provrole_ samples first.

Note : current issues with the linkqualifier for roles are preventing the

feature that would be demonstrated in this sample from running properly.
