DESCRIPTION

named-checkzone
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 checks the syntax and integrity of a zone file. It performs the
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 same checks as named does when loading a
This makes named-checkzone useful for
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 checking zone files before configuring them into a name server.

5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 named-compilezone is similar to
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 named-checkzone, but it always dumps the
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 zone contents to a specified file in a specified format.
Additionally, it applies stricter check levels by default,
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 since the dump output will be used as an actual zone file
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 loaded by named.
When manually specified otherwise, the check levels must at
5597be9bb88de138dfec9fa9176708443813925eTatuya JINMEI 神明達哉 least be as strict as those specified in the
