Changes in dialog.mustache http://src.iws.cs.ovgu.de/source/rss/yui3/src/panel/docs/dialog.mustache en Copyright 2005 Java Fixed issue with Panel Dialog example in IE7. Silly IE7 needed a reflow to stop hiding the Panel's buttons. To do this I had to remove the use of `srcNode` and replaced it with creating the the `<div id="dialog" />` `contentBox` instead. Also now rendering the Dialog into the "#example" container explicit.
