Running Devtests for javaee service engine.

1. Set the environment variable S1AS_HOME to GlassFish-v3 installation directory.
2. Set the environment variable APS_HOME the GlassFish workspace tests directory.
3. Run ant setup.
4. Start the domain.
5. Run ant all.
