Removed render inDoc() check for parentNode - allows implementations to render to a parentNodes which are a doc frags. Note, the implementation will be responsible for appending the doc frag somewhere in the document as part of the render lifecycle, since Widget doesn't know where to put it (parentNode, which is the doc frag, serves that role).
