Updated Loader build with dynamic keys for gallery & 2in3 meta. Added new Make target called 'update' to fetch the latest gallery build data and update the properties file. Should be used after a gallery build to rebuild Loader: make update; make

Added 2in3 versioning and default is now the production version. Added submodules to make it possible to omit YUI3 metadata.
