namespaced @property/@method cleanup Some files had new YUI.add() metadata property ordering, resulting in new -min files. No functionality was changed.

Better API docs for event methods on Y/Node. The API docs for YUI and Node include the EventTarget methods since they each are augmented with EventTarget, but the language in the API docs for EventTarget mostly only talk about custom events. Really, the Node definitions should be replaed by API doc comments in Node's sources, but this will do for now.

Add API doc content for on + return false Partial solution, as the other methods need to have language friendly for reading on the Node API docs (inherited methods). Fixes #2530448

Add missing @property tags

API Doc fixes for better class linking Also filled in a few missing API docs and corrected some typos while I was in there.
