Patch submitted by David Shane Holden to make docs valid xhtml.

The group consensus was that we're no longer supporting "make certificate," as test certificates just allow people who don't know what they're doing to dig a bigger hole for themselves and don't really help anybody who DOES know what they're doing much. So all of the documentation references to "make certificate" are now removed. PR: 8724

Fix minor typos. Mention that mod_ssl is part of Apache-2.0. Change absolute self-references to relative jumps. TODO: * IMHO the topic ToC3 should be deleted completely. * All references to "patch Apache" or "EAPI patch" should be removed * A native english speaker might want to proof-read the doc and polish it

Put the ssl docs in a format where they will be maintainable without Ralf's tools. Mostly I've only touched the top and the bottom of each doc. I also got rid of the old cover page and the overview, since they seemed obsolete. Once again, I apologize for wrecking Ralf's nice work.

Begin adding the SSL doc to the httpd-2.0 tree. Start with the html files.
