OPENIDM-2382 FR-457 : There was a missing sync.json in the Google connector sample. Having that file simplifies the process of setting up the connector. The provisioner file was modified as well so that the connector would show up as disabled at first. The README file was moved outside of the conf folder (wasn't its correct place).
