OPENIDM-540 CR-458 This is a function that helps to use the same configuration in multiple environment. In the JSON configuration this patch adds the ability to substitute boot properties and if boot property does not exits then it fall back to System property. At this moment it only resolves string properties so complex objects like an encrypted object can not be replaced.
