Fix issue 2296: use Xalan-J as XSLT engine instead of built in JDK engine (Saxon). Note that xercesImpl.jar ad xml-apis.jar are not really needed for the build since Ant includes its own older versions. However I have included the versions shipped with Xalan-J for completeness (the older versions included with Ant seem to work ok).
