AME-3855, CR-3935 - Implement mechanism for limiting infinite loops/timeouts in scripts. This extends to adding a timeout option, and a series of threading options to the authentication module's configuration page, as well as ensuring all scripts run in their own threads, which are interruptable and can be timed out.
