seq_range_array_add(): Fixed handling sequence ranges that contain zeros.

Replaced all -1U and (unsigned int)-1 with UINT_MAX. It's somewhat clearer this way. Also clang's -fsanitize=integer gives runtime errors about -1U (but not about explicit casts, so no need to change (type)-1 casts).

Oops :) Update copyrights to 2013 without breaking all .c files.

seq-range-array: Reverted most of recent API changes. Added ATTR_NOWARN_UNUSED_RESULT for the functions whose return value can safely be ignored.

Make sure we check all the functions' return values. Minor API changes to simplify this. Checked using a patched clang that adds attribute(warn_unused_result) to all functions. This commit fixes several error handling mistakes.
