lib-storage: Log mail istream read failures in one place. Also handle ENOENT errors by checking if the mail has already been expunged, and if so don't log an error, just return "mail is already expunged" error to client.

lib-storage: Code cleanups and potential crashfix. Usually in blocks_count_lines() the full_input stream reading doesn't return eof=true in the last read but only on the next. If this had changed for some reason the code would have crashed in the assert checks.
